Product returns are accepted within 14 days provided that the packaging has not been unsealed and the product is in the original condition in which it was by the manufacturer and the sole charge is the cost of returning the product at your sole responsibility of shipping in accordance with applicable law.

In any case of defective product the transport costs are borne exclusively by the company Sfragidadiko.gr. Under no circumstances can products that have been "specially ordered" or converted to the original product and have agreed to convert – manufacture them.
