Δελτίο Παραγγελίας Εστιατορίου με ύψος 21cm και πλάτος 9cm. Έντυπο αυτογραφικό για την λήψη παραγγελιών σε καταστήματα εστίασης από σερβιτόρους επιχειρήσεων που δεν χρειάζεται καρμπόν. Αποτελείται από 50 σετ των τριών φύλλων (τριπλότυπο). Διαθέτει προστατευτικό χαρτόνι το οποίο τοποθετούμε ενδιάμεσα από κάθε σετ φύλλων για να μην γίνεται αντιγραφή και στα υπόλοιπα σετ. Ο κωδικός του είναι 251 και παράγεται από την ΤΥΠΟΤΡΑΣΤ.
